About CLI, Ltd.
Continental
Land Investments, Ltd. is an Anchorage-based limited
partnership founded in 1973 primarily for the
development of single- family subdivisions and condominiums. Soon thereafter CLI expanded
into purchasing deeds of trust and notes from individuals

was active in purchasing deeds of trust and notes from the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and also obtained a

In 1994 CLI entered the field of rental housing and
now owns and manages 70 units itself or though affiliated companies, and in
2001 entered the field of Moderate Income Tax Credit Housing through its
