CLI entered the field of Moderate Income Tax Credit Housing in 2001 through its affiliate Alpine Partners, Ltd. with completion of Creekside at Alyeska, a 30-unit project in the resort town of Girdwood, 40 miles south of Anchorage.

The following year the company finished two projects in Wasilla north of Anchorage. Ridgecrest is a 40-unit family project and The Birches is a 32 unit project for persons 55 and older. All of CLI's Tax Credit projects have been completed on time and on budget, and were quickly leased after completion.

Current Projects

Creekwood Park:

This is a 48 unit multi-family Housing development located half way between Palmer and Wasilla in the Matanuska Valley. In this project special emphasis is being placed on catering to tenants making 30% or less of median income.

River Point Village, Fairbanks, Alaska: River Point Village is a 26-unit multi-family rental development designed for moderate income families (click image for larger view).
Creekside at Alyeska, Girdwood, Alaska: 30 units of one and two bedroom rental housing located below the Girdwood School along SkiView Road in the New Girdwood Townsite.
Ridgecrest Park, Wasilla, Alaska: 40 units of one, two and three bedroom rental housing located along Wasilla-Fishhook Road just past Bogard Road, across from the Iditarod Elementary School.
The Birches at Haley Hills, Wasilla, Alaska: 32 units of one and two bedroom senior rental housing located along Wasilla-Fishhook Road just past Bogard road, also across from Iditarod Elementary School.
