Tax Credit Housing Projects
CLI entered the field of
Moderate Income Tax Credit Housing in 2001 through its
affiliate Alpine Partners, Ltd. with completion of Creekside
at Alyeska, a 30-unit project in the resort town of
Girdwood, 40 miles south of Anchorage.
The following year the
company finished two projects in Wasilla north of Anchorage. Ridgecrest
is a 40-unit family project and The Birches is a 32
unit project for persons 55 and older. All of CLI's Tax Credit projects
have been completed on time and on budget, and were quickly leased
after completion.
